Legal Question in Criminal Law in California

Have a criminal record removed

I have a past criminal record from 1995 and 1992. I am a student and currently trying to change my life for the better. I was wondering if there is any way to seal your criminal record. I know that when I am finished with school it will be difficult to obtain a job because every employer asks if you have a criminal record. I was convicted of a misdemeanor of writting NSF checks and the following fellony counts: 4599-460(b) Commercial Burglary, 470(a) forgery, 470(B) forged drivers license. I was on probation, which I have completed.

Thank you for your help.

Yes, it may be possible to expunge your records, and get the convictions set aside, which would allow you to say 'no' to convictions on most job applications. Contact me to discuss the procedures and costs.
