What can you do for my relative who is part of a wrongful arrest? A criminal made up a case to save his own self. This criminal made a trap against (my friend) and has that person (my friend)recorded on tape and now the police is negotiating with the criminal to give my relative life.

It appears that there is some sort of informant issue here, your reletive must hire counsel ASAP as this is a very complex legal issue. Too complex fo rthis forum.
