Legal Question in Criminal Law in California

Criminal/reverse plea

I was mis-represented by the Public Defender's and was not in my right-state-of-mind when I made guilty plea. How can I withdraw my plea/Appeal?

Re: Criminal/reverse plea

File a motion to withdraw your guilty plea, basically. But you will be starting over from scratch if you are successful. I would highly recommend using an attorney.

You have to hire an attorney - this is not something you should try by yourself. The sooner you do it the better. Make sure you really want to do this as your case will be reinstated and you might have to go to trial.
