custody
my ex wife left me with my children for a felon now this was 6months ago her boyfriend will be released next month now she wants me to release the children back to her. I am scared that she will get custody of my kids and i want to know what can i do.

One of the issues that should be investigated in what crime was this felon convicted? If you know his name and the county in which he was convicted then you can go to court and search for his file and get a copy of the judgment. If you cannot get the information then raise the issue in family court with the mediator and investigator.

go to court and seek custody if you think you have grounds for it in the interests of the children. Contact a local divorce/custody attorney.
