Legal Question in Criminal Law in California
my daughter was arrested for strong arm robbery. I posted the full amount of bail for her.Now we've been going to several court dates and in between each court date my daughter has been messing up by not staying home,running with the same bad crowd so i am afraid that she wont make it to the next court date and i will lose all my money that i put up for her bail. Is there a way i can revoke the bail before she gets into trouble.

Yes, by contacting the bail bondsman and having her taken into custody by them.
