Legal Question in Criminal Law in California
My daughter is charged with PC 664/187, PC 245 (a)(1), PC 148 (a)(1) and PC 496d(a). The first charge was a vehicle driven towards police officer. The stolen vehicle was reported by a non registered owner of the vehicle nor a licensed driver. How much time is she looking at? 21 years old, has had run in with the law for misdemeanors (under the influence/intoxication).

Such questions must be asked of her attorney, who has all the facts. If she doesn't have one, get one for her. If you can't afford private counsel, she needs to apply for the Public Defender who will then be able to answer the questions. If you are serious about hiring private counsel, and the case is in SoCal courts, feel free to contact me to discuss the case and costs.
