Legal Question in Criminal Law in California
Need help for my daughter
My 10 year old daughter was inapproprately touched by her substitute teacher this past week. He has been exhibiting obsessive behavior with her for over a year. I also caught the principal in multiple lies concerning her treatment of the situation. I have also filed a police report as well. I want to see him prosecuted and have his credeentials removed so he does not able to hurt my daughter or anyone else's for that matter. I also want severe ramifications to come to the principal for her endangerment of my child. I have no faith in the LAUSD system at this point.

You've already done everything possible regarding criminal punishment, just keep pressure on the police.
