Defendent givin jail time for a crime he was found not guilty of!
How can a commisioner add time to a defendants sentencing on a crime the jury found not guilty of?

I would need to know more facts, but s/he should not be able to do that. If however the case was dismissed for anything other than factual innocence, the commissioner may have been correct.
