i would like to know what advisal means when pretiaining to arsen fires

If you are a suspect, it probably means you have been 'advised' you are, and should get yourself an attorney asap. If you are a witness or owner, not a suspect, then it isn't clear what you or they mean. 'Advised' means to be told or warned of something. Feel free to contact me if you think you need legal advice.
