Legal Question in Criminal Law in California
if someone got deported but was on probation would they get a probation violation because they couldnt comply with there probation because they were deported.(AND THEY NEVER TRIED TO RE-ENTER THE U.S.)

Yes, and there will be an arrest warrant issued for the failure.
