developmentally disabled

if a person is developmentally disabled and that person forged checks worth up to 10,000 what sentence would that person recieve if arrested?

There is no automatic pre-set discount/sentence reduction for being developmentally disabled. That said, it seems this could be an important factor along with prior record, possibility of (quick) restitution, where the case is located and other facts and circumstances of the case.

The outcome depends upon the charges, the defenses available, the skill of your attorney, the attitude of the prosecutor and judge, etc. The charges could be felony with prison time, but deals are usually cut.
