Legal Question in Criminal Law in California
The DOJ has arrest record on file , but Superior court has destroyed original court records, cannot obtain copy to have record inaccuracy changed, help sincerely Greg.

Sorry boss, there is no help for you if you don't have a copy [certified or not] to submit. You can understand why they won't just take your word for it. This has become quite common for 'efficiency'. Apparently, many courts didn't bother to actually transfer paper records to computer, they just made a one line entry that said case name and charges.
