domestic violence restraining order

i have 4 children with ex spouse. i have restraining order againist me. evertime ex and i have an argument , ex calls ploice and reports harassment. now i've violated order. do i have any type of defense?

Whether you have a defense and what it might be will depend upon what you did and what the restraining order forbids you to do. Without that information there is no way to give you a better answer.

Hire an attorney to try to keep you out of jail this time, and don't participate in arguments in the future. Have a witness to all contacts with him. It's your word versus his without a witness. Feel free to contact me if you want legal help, and the case is in SoCal.
