Legal Question in Criminal Law in California

Driver's License Identity theft

I have a marijuana bench warrant and have a scheduled court date on September 28, 2007 to appear before the judge. Will I be arrested in court? I did not commit this crime; I have documents that prove my innocence. I am in the Military currently in the Middle East.

Possession for sale? If it is a felony, then, you must appear, a bail amount may be set. If it is a misdemeanor then an attorney can appear on your behalf and likely have the matter reduced to an infraction. Contact me directly.

If you have a court date, you shouldn't have an arrest warrant, unless it is on a different case? Regardless, you need an attorney to appear for you in court to request the warrant be recalled or held, and request a continuance until you return to the US and can go to court. If it is in SoCal, feel free to contact me to discuss.
