how can i drop a robbery and resisting arrest charge?

I have never been in trouble with the law before and I resested being i was in pain and couldn't breathe.

There is video evidence and I do not want to go back to jail!

If you don't want to go to jail, no one does, and you don't know how to properly and effectively represent yourself in cour against a DA trying to put you in j;ail, then hire an attorney. Apply for the public defender if you can't afford private counsel.
