Re: drug dealing
From zero to life, depending upon the charges, whether it is state or federal, the facts, your priors, probation terms, etc, etc. If you're charged, get an attorney; he can answer it once he knows all the factors necessary to determine it. Feel free to contact me if serious about getting the criminal defense you'll need.
Re: drug dealing
It varies quite a bit. No one can really tell you without knowing more about the situation.
Re: drug dealing
There is no "common sentence". The sentence in any given case depends upon many factors, including the type and quantity of drugs involved, the defendant's criminal history, and whether he accepted a plea bargain or went to trial.
Re: drug dealing
It depends on the amount, the type, whether weapons were involved, whether any other crimes were committed, if you crossed state lines, and a plethora of other minutiae.

Re: drug dealing
Most commonly the sentence is either 16 months, 2 years or 3 years in state prison. However, first time offenders often get probation with or without some county jail time.
