Legal Question in Criminal Law in California
Drugs found in car is not the drivers
The person driving car was arrested for DUI and was bail out
in nov 2005 and charge were filed until March of 2006 with a new charge added was pocession of drugs. the car does not
belong to the driver. It my car. the drugs are mine. I need
know what to do.
