drugs not logged into narcotics loker or tagged

house was raided sbpd report states they found 13.1 grams meth took it to sbpd weighed it. presumptive positive. no record of going into evidence locker. sbpd report 2nd amount of drug found does not say where, taken sbpd logged into narcotics locker tagged waiting for analyisi not tag number. Residents not aware of drugs on property & this 2nd amount isn't described at all as was 1st amount.My question is does all evidence have to be tagged with number & kept as evidence? Everything else that was seized was tagged into evidence, antique firearms, addressed letter and 1 I.D.

Items were taken & no receipt or record of these items. Being charged with poss. & poss. for sale please help. Thank you
