drunk in pubic
My son was arrest for violation of PC 646(f). He paid his fine..$360. This was over a year ago. He is 22 and about to grad from college. He wants to apply to the police academy. Will this record prohibit his appliction.

Yes, it will seriously affect his employability with most large agencies. And, expungement does nothing for him with such agencies, although it will help with private employment.
