Legal Question in Criminal Law in California
Drunk in public and failure to appear
Ok about 3 years ago in Riverside county I was arrested for drunk in public, cited and released. I missed the court date and have not done anything regarding the case since. On the court database it says bail was set at 500 for the FTA. I'm wondering what is the best way to take care of this? Also what kind of punishment am I looking at if I plead guilty. Thanks in advance

Re: Drunk in public and failure to appear
You or your attorney has to appear in court and try to negotiate a deal that avoids jail time. Be prepared to pay stiff fines for the FTA and the original charges. Contact me if interested in having help.
