dui on a bicycle

if convicted what kind of sentence could i be looking at?i have a clean record and did not injure anyone or cause any property damage, the police were called because i fell off my bicycle, and i blew a .16, but they let me go with a ticket now im summoned to court, also do u suggest me getting a lawyer

Don't get convicted. You might not get convicted if you get a lawyer and fight it. A clean record is worth fighting for. A non-clean record can cost you big.

A conviction on this case would not destroy your life and most likely you are not looking at any jail time. However, a DUI conviction on your record is bound to have consequences, when you are going to look for employment or other situations.

You should fight this charge. Get a lawyer. If you cannot afford private counsel, a public defender will be appointed for you.

The penalties of DUI are a fine, generally with court costs amounts to 2000$ or more. Driving classes with the DMV, MAD class, probation, and a dirty record.

Yes fight it. Do not let anyone tell you otherwise. This is a serious charge, treat it as such.
