how do i clear a dui from my driving record?

1) Hire a good lawyer and beat the rap so that it never goes on your record. Even a brain-dead lawyer can probably plea-bargain it down to at least a dry reckless.
Or, 2) Wait several years.

You can't. You get to wait 10 years for it to stop having full effect.
