Re: Dui
Get to an attorney asap, demand your dmv hearing regarding the automatic cdl suspension, may want to start alcohol education program???? Conviction/dmv suspension requires program to get cdl back. Don't drink? Penalties on DUI's are now quite painful...especially for subsequent offenses.

Re: Dui
Either try to defend it yourself, or hire an attorney to do so. You face potential jail, fines, and other penalties, including loss of license. If you haven't already filed your DMV Notice of Appeal, do so if less than 10 days from arrest.
