DUI, Probation Violation, Petty Theft
I was convicted of a DUI in 12/03. I am on 3 yrs unsupervised probation. In 5/04, I was arrested for petty theft ($84). What are the consequences of petty theft? What will happen since I violated probation?

You are correct, it is a violation of your probation. Normally, petty theft results in fines, restitution and probation.
