No. A California DUI has to be litigated in California. However, because a DUI is a misdemeanor (most of the time) the whole case can be handled by an attorney only, without defendant having to make personal appearances.

You will have to call me and explain your question a little better. Dui's do not transfer. Are you asking if a dui in California effect a driver's license in New Jersey. It might if New Jersey knew about it.

Your question is not clear. If you are asking if a CA DWI transfers to NJ the answer is "most likely". It would depend however on what exactly you plead or were found guilty of in CA and a couple of other factors that I can discuss with you if you would like to contact my office.

"Transfer"? Yes, a conviction shows on all state's computer systems, if that's what you're asking. Can you have one state 'transfer' the criminal charges to another state to handle for your 'convenience'? No.
