Legal Question in Criminal Law in California

employment

I had one MISDEMEANOR more than 15 years ago. I am now looking for employment and want to answer questions regarding that error. Is there a free web site that I can check on my own misdemeanor?

Re: employment

No. Criminal records are not 'public' in that sense. You should consider having an attorney seek 'expungment' of the conviction, if you qualify for it, so you can say 'no' to conviction questions on employment application to private companies. Feel free to contact me if interested in trying this.
