Legal Question in Criminal Law in California

I need some enlightment shed on this situation

I currently have private lawyer for my boyfriend his mother & I ran out of funds but we do and can give something. The current lawyer we have is not properly representing my boyfriend he has been to court more then 3 time, first time victim says it wasn't my boyfriend the next two times the victim don't show to court they put warrent out for his arrest this case has been going on 8 mos there is a lot of holes in this case. My boyfriend in I have a printing business and the sooner the current lawyer gets him out the faster he could get his money. so I need to know what I should do, do you know a criminal pro bono or lawyer that would be willing to do a swap I can do their printing and they would represent my boyfriend

I can print their pens,business cards, mugs, etc

Please I Need Help Now

Your problem is that it would take several lifetimes of pens and mugs to cover the fees that would be generated. It doesn't sound like the attorney is the problem, the court frequently forces continuances on defendants and their attorneys, that's the name of the game both directions. It won't change with new counsel.

Therefore, if you decide you want new counsel, you'll have to pay for it unless you can find someone to work for free. I'll be happy to discuss the real costs you'll expect if serious about having me represent him.
