Erasing felony conviction from 1973
Can a felony conviction for arson from 1973 be erased or removed from a person's background?

Not if prison time was ordered or served. If only probation or local time was ordered and served, then it may be possible by seeking reduction to misdemeanor status, and expungement of the misdemeanor. If serious about doing it, contact me to discuss costs and facts.
