espong record
1st. incarceration 1969 forg/possion 2nd incarceration 1987 second DUI can i get my record esponged? i'm curently volunteering at a drug center. compleated addiction studies course, registered with CAADE in 2007.

If the convictions were misdemeanors then expungement should be possible. Even if they were felonies but you received probationary sentences, then it should be doable as well. I would look into whether the 1st conviction, if a felony, would be reducable to a misdemeanor.
2nd conviction might be easier to expunge provided you have nothing on your record since then.
I would contact a lawyer for a brief non-binding consultation to double check whether the convictions could indeed be expunged. Then it would be up to you to decide whether it would be a good idea to try to do it on your own. Most lawyers handle expungement for a modest fee.

DUI's are not 'expungeable', but most misdemeanors are, as is your felony as long as no prison time was sentenced, and as long as you successfully completed all terms of probation. Feel free to contact me for the legal help you'll need.
