Re: espongement

If you got probation for the sentence, and you successfully completed that probation, then yes, the convictions can be expunged. You must not be facing any other criminal charges right now, and you must not be on probation for any other conviction right now. There are some other requirements, and the process is tricky, so it's best to have a criminal lawyer do the expungement for you. If you'd like to talk to me further about this, please don't hesitate to contact me. Good luck. Steve Mandell

Yes, if no prison time was sentenced, and if you've fully completed all terms of probation. Feel free to contact me for the legal help you'll need in the application and motion.

Re: espongement

Yes, it can. You should do it asap, especially if you are thinking about looking for a job. Also, I know you are not planning on this, but if any new charges are filed against you in the future, it will be a lot more difficult for you to expunge your burglary conviction.

A criminal defense lawyer will handle an expungement for a modest fee. Feel free to contact my office for a consultation and quote.
