Legal Question in Criminal Law in California
My ex-boyfriend has a criminal protective order against me, when in fact, it should be the other way around. He calls me multiple times a day, threatening to hurt me, have me arrested, ruin my life, my children's lives, etc. The harrassment from him is unbearable. He is abusing the legal system. He has me living in a constant state of fear and anxiety. How do I fix this?
