Legal Question in Criminal Law in California

Exonerated, but now new case.

Was arrested for felony hit and run, and felony dui. No case filed. Months passed. Now being charged with misdeameanor VC20001. Still completely innocent. When will this end? How do I retrieve or get reimbursed for the premium paid for bail bond ?

You don't 'retreive or get reimbursed for the premium', that was the price you paid to stay out of jail and avoid posting the entire bail. Sounds like you need an attorney to defend you on the new/current charges, and make sure the original charges are properly dealt with. Contact me if interested in discussing doing so.
