Legal Question in Criminal Law in California

what i expect;

I arrested for dui may 2006.

Cited for speeding(75 m/h),with suspended license on dec 2006 which i on probation.Court date come in 2 weeks. i want to know what is going happen worst & least.also.........i am illegal immigrant ?

Best case, they will treat you like Paris Hilton and let you out of jail in 3 days because the mattresses are too hard. Worst case, they will let you out of jail in 3 days, and then deport you.

What is supposed to happen is permanent deportation afer jail time served. What more likely will happen is some jail time and fines. Get yourself an attorney to minimize both. Feel free to contact me if serious about doing so.
