my husband convicted of a 211b in 1993 and has not been in trouble since. He want to get this felony expunged, is it possible and at what cost...approximately

In order to know whether it is possible to expunge his conviction, more information is necessary. I need to know, for example, what his sentence was for the 211. Yes, it may be possible through appropriate Petitions and Motions to the court, but not if he was sentenced to any prison time, whether served or not. Feel free to contact me to discuss the process if serious about doing this.
