my husband convicted of a 211b in 1993 and has not been in trouble since. He want to get this felony expunged, is it possible and at what cost...approximately

Yes, it may be possible through appropriate Petitions and Motions to the court, but not if he was sentenced to any prison time, whether served or not. Feel free to contact me to discuss the process if serious about doing this.
