Juvenile records can be 'sealed' by motion to the court. Some adult convictions can be 'expunged'; if a felony - no prison time ordered; felonies and misdemeanors if they were not for certain violence charges. IF successful, you get to say 'no' to conviction on most private employment applications. If you're serious about doing do, feel free to contact me to discuss.
