Expunge record

my sister has a misdemeanor on her record she just lost a job because of it. What can she do to get rid of it?

Expunge it, and she won't have to disclose it on employment applications again. Have her contact me to discuss proceedures and costs.

Assuming it is a misdemeanor conviction, probation successfully completed,sister needs a PC 1203.4 Petition.

My practice is limited to homicide defense.
