Legal Question in Criminal Law in California
do expunged convictions count?
Trying to get into the navy, have numerous of the same misdemeanor on my record; if I was to get all of the charges expunged, do they still count this against me when running the federal background check?

Yes. They would still have to be disclosed. Contact the service recruiter to discuss.
