What is the difference between an expungement and an order for relief (specifically, penal code 1203.4)?

One and the same thing. Feel free to contact me if serious about getting the legal help you'll need, assuming you qualify for expungement - no prison time sentenced, no sexual assault type crimes, probation successfully completed, and a few other restrictions.

Expungement is the colloquial name for the relief provided by Penal Code Section 1203.4. So they're the same thing. Do you kinow what the limitations of 1203.4 relief are? If you'd like to discuss this with me, please don't hesitate to contact me. Steve Mandell
