Expungement of DUI in Federal Court
Can one expunge a two-year-old DUI received in a national park federal court?

It seems unlikely that a dui can be expunged. California law does not provide for such an action. State due laws are influenced by federal regulations that required the lowering the blood alcohol level above which it is a violation of the law to drive.
