Legal Question in Criminal Law in California
Expungement for a felony
In California, can a 11378 HS be reduced to a misdemeanor? I was arrested for the first time in 1998. I was on house arrest for approx. 60 days. I was on formal probation for 3 years. I had 2 probation violations, but I did complete it in 3 years. I have never been arrested or in any kind of trouble since. Is there any chance I can get this felony reduced? I also participated in NA and have been clean and sober since.

Re: Expungement for a felony
Yes, probably - as long as there was never any prison time sentenced in any way. Feel free to contact me if serious about getting the charges not just reduced, but dismissed from your record.
