regarding expungement

i have 1 or 2 things on my record assault and joyriding and i would like to know how i would remove or can anyone help me

A lawyer could do expungements for you for a modest fee. Alternatively, you can try to do it yourself by getting the right forms from the clerk at the court where you were sentenced.

You may be able to get them 'expunged' by proper motions and application to the court if you successfully completed all terms of probation and are not now charged with new crimes, and as long as you were not sentenced to any felony prison time.
