Legal Question in Criminal Law in California
expungement
Hi ~ I'm wanting to know how long I have to wait to get my misdemeanor (that was reduced to an infarction) expunged.
And, if expunged, will it not show up anywhere? Thanks so much! Lisa

If it was reduced to an infraction you would want to have your arrest record sealed. Call me directly at 619 222-3504.
