Legal Question in Criminal Law in California

expunging hs11359

Hello. I have a hs 11359 on my record. I have completed all my house arrest sentence and have completed my 3 years probation. Is there a chance i could get this either expunged or have it reduced to a misdeamenor and if so what are the success rate on it. I'm having problems finding a job because of this blemish on my record. thank you.

You can have it expunged...PC1203.4 dismissal after successful completion of probation...either your PO can calendar your case for this or you can ....most Courts have forms, and sometimes fees, to do this.

11359 cannot be reduced to a misdemeanor but you can "expunge" it. Most lawyers handle expungements for a modest fee but you could try to do it yourself by contacting the clerk at the courthouse where you were convicted to get the necessary forms.

Yes, it can probably be expunged by appropriate motion and application to the court. Feel free to contact me if you want to get legal help doing so.
