Legal Question in Criminal Law in California
expungm
June 2007 I file a motion to expunge a forgery case back in December 2003. The judge denied my motion because of a probation violation. In December 2003 I got caught and was sentence to 45 days. I only did 7 days and was release on a work program. I did not complete the work program, and a warrant was issue for my arrest. They arrested me in June 2004 and I receive 45 days and a probation violation. I have not been any trouble since. Is there anyway I can get this off my record. if I try again.

Re: expungm
After a wait of at least a year after all terms of probation are successfully completed, you can try again.
