What are the requirements for getting some thing expunged? Is their a age limit or any thing else?

"Some" felonies and many misdemeanors can be expunged if there was no prison time served or sentenced, and if all terms of probation were completed. Sex and domestic violence crimes are generally not eligible, nor are DUI or infractions. First, you have to be convicted of a crime. Then, you have to stay out of trouble for a while. For example, most misdemeanor offenses can be expunged after completing your probation.
