Exspoungement

I am curious how long it takes to apply for exspoungement (not sure if that is correct spelling) in California and for a criminal offense. I think I remember it being 5 years but I am not sure. Thnak you.

Expungment can be applied for once all terms of probation are successfully completed, including restitution if any. Theoretically, it is possible to first petition the court to reduce the length of probation, and then petition for expungement.

It is availble for many misdemeanors and some felonies - not if prison time was sentenced or served. Feel free to contact me if you think you may qualify, to discuss the facts, procedures and costs of doing so; I regularly do these for people that qualify.
