What are the steps to getting my record cleared or spunged.Where can I find a good lawman or woman?

Getting it expunged involves a Petition and motion to the court. It's available for most misdemeanors and some felonies [not those involving domestic violence, and some others], but not if prison time was sentenced. If you think you qualify, feel free to contact me for 'good' help.

Who know? Maybe there is a good lawman or law-woman at your local police station. To get your criminal record expunged, consult an attorney.

You can do it yourself by finding a document on the Orange County Superior Court website for expunging convictions. Go to http://www.occourts.org/scripts/formsearch.pl

and search.
