I am on probation in 3 counties in ca. I left the state 3 and a half years ago without the permission from any of my prob. Officers. How long will my warrants stay active? I have 3 failure to appear warrants.

Forever. Sooner or later, you'll get arrested on them.

Unless you work something out with the authorities, the warrants will remain active until you surrender, are apprehended, or die.
