I need to know what a lawyer would say for their client. I missed my court readiness

'IF' you have a valid 'excuse' that explains why you couldn't make court, it will mitigate the penalties.

I don't know what a court readiness is, but making excuses for clients who fail to appear is what we do. The most effective excuses have a grain of truth to them; and we lawyers really aren't supposed to lie to judges, so why don't you start by telling me what it is you're accused of, and why you blew off court.
