Legal Question in Criminal Law in California

False Arrest - Under Influence of Controlled Substance - 100% Not True

What can be done if a person is stopped without probable cause

brought to jail/falsely arrested for something totally not true - arrested for being on a controlled substance/stimulants (100% not true). I was literally just walking home from work when this happened.

Defend the charges with whatever evidence you have. That's what attorneys do on a regular basis for people who don't know how to properly do it themselves.

Well, clearly you want to resist these charges as best you can. But there is obviously much more to the story than was briefly set out. Like what the cops' motive was for the false arrest? What made them approach you in the first place? Was there some honest reason they thought (however mistakenly) that you were under the influence of drugs?

You should tell your story to an experienced criminal defense lawyer and start planning how to fight this case.

If you like, you can call me for a free consultation to find out what can be done for you. My contact info is on my website at http://Dinday.com.
